Veg Hakka Noodles is popular Indian Chinese dish. It is loved not only by kids, but even the adults. It can be served with any Indian Chinese gravy.
Hakka cuisine is the style of cooking of Hakka people (Han Chinese). In India, Hakka cuisine or Chinese cuisine is an Indian adaptation of Hakka dishes. Authentic Hakka dishes are hardly known to us, and hence it is best termed as Indian Chinese Cuisine.

Ingredients:
- Noodles - 1 packet 150 gm
- Carrot (julienned) - 2 small
- Capsicum (julienned) - 1 medium size
- Onion (julienned) - 1 medium size
- Cabbage (shredded) - 3/4 cup
- Spring onion whites (julienned) - 2
- Spring onion greens (chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Garlic cloves (chopped) - 3
- Ginger (grated)- 1/4 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Green chilly sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 5 to 6 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Boil noodles as per packet instructions.
- Heat oil in an iron wok.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion and spring onion whites, stir fry till onions turn translucent. Flame should be high.
- Add carrots and stir fry till carrot is slightly done.
- Add capsicum and cabbage, stir fry for 1 to 2 min.
- Add soya sauce, green chilly sauce, pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Add noodles and stir fry for 3- 5 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion greens.
- Serve hot with any Indian Chinese gravy of your choice.
