Ingredients:
- Coconut (scrapped) - 1 cup
- Roasted chana dal - 1 tsp
- Roasted and peeled peanuts - 1 to 2 tsp
- Green chillies - 1 to 2
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5
- Garlic cloves - 4 to 5 (optional)
- Ginger - 2 slices
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Tamarind - half a marble size ball
- Sugar - a pinch
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly (broken) - 1
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 5 to 6
