Dhaniy pudina chutney is a onion based chutney with corriander leaves and mint leaves. It goes well with chaat or parathas.
Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml

Ingredients:
- Corriander leaves - handful
- Pudina leaves - 15
- Onion (chopped) - 1 small
- Green chilly (chopped) - 1
- Garlic - 1 to 2 cloves
- Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Black salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 3/4 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 1 /2 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Combine all the ingredients and grind without water.
- Add water and grind further.
- Serve with paratha or chaat.
