Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Alphonso mangoes - 2
- Milk (cold) - 200 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp or as per your requirement
- Ice cubes - 4 to 6
- Mango ice-cream - 2 scoops
- Mango cubes - for garnish
Procedure:
- Wash mangoes. Cut them and collect pulp in a juicer jar.
- Add milk, sugar and ice cubes and blend well.
- Pour in a glass and top up with ice-cream.
- Garnish with mango cubes.
- Serve chilled.
