Lychee juice is very simple to make and very refreshing in summer.
Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Lychees - 12 to 15
- Water - 300 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Ice cubes - 6
- Mint leaves - for garnishing
- Wash lychees and remove the peels. Discard the seed. Collect the kernel in juicer jar.
- Add water and sugar, blend well.
- Strain it and pour into glasses. Top up with ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
