Ingredients:
- Bomaby/kesari rava - 1 cup
- Jaggery - 3/4 to 1 cup
- Pure ghee - 2.5 tbsp
- Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Water (hot) - 2 1/4 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Dry roast rava till it gives out aroma.
- Wash it with normal water and add hot water.
- Add cashew nuts.
- Cook it covered on low flame.
- Put the flame off once it is cooked.
- After 2 min, add jaggery, pure ghee and salt.
- Mix well and cook for 2 min on low flame.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Keep it covered for 2 - 3 min.
- Serve hot.
- You may add 2 tbsp scrapped coconut to it while adding jaggery.
