Ingredients:
- Beetroot (boiled, peeled and grated) - 2 small
- Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly (chopped) - 1
- Sugar - 1 to 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/3 tsp
- Ghee/oil - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Take mixing bowl and mix beetroot, yoghurt, sugar, green chillies and salt.
- Mix well and give it a tempering of cumin seeds in ghee/oil.
- Serve as a side dish.
