- Bananas (ripe) - 3 medium size
- Milk - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Yoghurt - 11/2 tbsp
- Sugar - 11/2 to 2 tbsp
- Wheat Flour - 8 to 10 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Vanilla essence - 4 to 6 drops
- Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- Puree ghee
Procedure:
- Blend bananas and sugar.
- Add all other ingredients and blend.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan and brush it with ghee.
- Spread 11/2 tablespoonful batter lightly and fry initially on medium flame, then lower it.
- Once bubbles appear and it get cooked, flip over gently.
- Pour little ghee around the edges and fry for a minute.
- Serve hot with honey.
