Ingredients:
- Cooked rice - 1 big bowl
- Onion (chopped) - 1 big
- Tomato (chopped) - 1 medium
- Boiled potato (cubed) - 1medium
- Peas (blanched) - 3 tbsp
- Other Vegetables (blanched) - as per your requirement
- Cumin seeds - a pinch
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Corriander leaves - for garnishing
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1.5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Heat oil and add a pinch of jeera.
- Add onion, fry till golden brown.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 - 3 min.
- Add garlic paste, butter, chilly powder and pav bhaji masala.
- Add cooked rice and mix well on high flame.
- Garnish with corriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
Tip:
- Fried paneer can be added.
