Dhaniya Pudina Chutney



Dhaniy pudina chutney is a onion based chutney with corriander leaves and mint leaves. It goes well with chaat or parathas.

Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
  1. Corriander leaves - handful
  2. Pudina leaves - 15
  3. Onion (chopped) - 1 small
  4. Green chilly (chopped) - 1
  5. Garlic - 1 to 2 cloves
  6. Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
  7. Roasted cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  8. Black salt - a pinch
  9. Sugar - 3/4 tsp
  10. Lime juice - 1 1 /2 tsp
  11. Water - 1/4 cup
  12. Salt to taste

Procedure:
  • Combine all the ingredients and grind without water.
  • Add water and grind further.
  • Serve with paratha or chaat.
