Lychee Juice



Lychee juice is very simple to make and very refreshing in summer.

Measurement: 1 Cup = 180 ml
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
  1. Lychees - 12 to 15
  2. Water - 300 ml
  3. Sugar - 3 tbsp
  4. Ice cubes - 6
  5. Mint leaves - for garnishing
Procedure:
  • Wash lychees and remove the peels. Discard the seed. Collect the kernel in juicer jar.
  • Add water and sugar, blend well.
  • Strain it and pour into glasses. Top up with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve chilled.
