Beetroot Raita


Ingredients:
  1. Beetroot (boiled, peeled and grated) - 2 small
  2. Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilly (chopped) - 1
  4. Sugar - 1 to 2 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds - 1/3 tsp
  6. Ghee/oil - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
Procedure:
  • Take mixing bowl and mix beetroot, yoghurt, sugar, green chillies and salt.
  • Mix well and give it a tempering of cumin seeds in ghee/oil.
  • Serve as a side dish.
