Stuffed Papad Cones


Stuffed papad cones is an easy to make dish. It is to be served as an appetizer.

Makes: 6 to 8

Ingredients:
  1. Onion (chopped) 1 small
  2. Tomato (chopped) 1 small
  3. Paneer/cheese (finely cubed) 2 tbsp
  4. Boiled corn or any steamed vegetable 2 tbsp
  5. Sprouts (slightly steamed) moong/chickpeas/matki one of these 2 tbsp
  6. Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1 tsp
  7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilly powder a pinch
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp ghee for frying paneer
  11. Papads 3-4
Procedure:

  • Slightly shallow fry paneer (it shouldn’t turn brown).
  • Take a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients numbering 1to 9.
  • Cut papad into two halves.
  • Roast papad and immediately shape into cone.
  • Stuff the cones with prepared salad.
  • Serve immediately.
