Red Chutney


Red Chutney is one of the chutneys used in the preparation of chaat.

Ingredients:
  1. Kashmiri chillies - 8 to 10
  2. Garlic cloves - 6 - 8
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Procedure:
  • Soak red chillies in lukewarm water for at least half an hour.
  • Grind all the ingredients and make a fine paste.
  • Use in the preparation of chaat.
Tip:

  • It can be refrigerated for a few days.
