Papdi Chaat


Papdi chaat is one of the popular Indian street foods. Crispy flat puris are topped with potatoes, onion chutneys and sev.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
  1. Papdi - 25 to 30
  2. Potatoes (boiled, peeled and finely cubed) - 2 medium size
  3. Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium size
  4. Dates and tamarind chutney - 4 tbsp
  5. Green chutney - 2 tbsp
  6. Red chutney - 1.5 tbsp
  7. Sev - 4 tbsp
  8. Black salt - 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves - for garnishing (optional)
Procedure:
  • Take a plate and place papdi on it.
  • Place potato and onion on them. 
  • Drizzle chutneys.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and black salt.
  • Sprinkle sev.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
