Banana Pancakes (Eggless)



Banana pancakes is a sweet snack for kids.

Makes: 4 to 5

Ingredients:
  1. Bananas (ripe) - 3 medium size 
  2. Milk -  4 to 5 tbsp
  3. Yoghurt - 11/2 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 11/2 to 2 tbsp
  5. Wheat Flour - 8  to 10 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Vanilla essence - 4 to 6 drops
  8. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  9. Puree ghee

Procedure:
  • Blend bananas and sugar.
  • Add all other ingredients and blend.
  • Heat a nonstick frying pan and brush it with ghee.
  • Spread 11/2 tablespoonful batter lightly and fry initially on medium flame, then lower it.
  • Once bubbles appear and it get cooked, flip over gently.
  • Pour little ghee around the edges and fry for a minute.
  • Serve hot with honey.
