Tawa Pulav

Ingredients:

  1. Cooked rice - 1 big bowl
  2. Onion (chopped) - 1 big
  3. Tomato (chopped) - 1 medium
  4. Boiled potato (cubed) - 1medium
  5. Peas (blanched) - 3 tbsp
  6. Other Vegetables (blanched) - as per your requirement 
  7. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  8. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  9. Pav bhaji masala - 1 1/2 tsp
  10. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Corriander leaves - for garnishing
  12. Butter - 1 tsp
  13. Oil - 1.5 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste
Procedure:
  • Heat oil and add a pinch of jeera.
  • Add onion, fry till golden brown.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 - 3 min.
  • Add garlic paste, butter, chilly powder and pav bhaji masala. 
  • Add cooked rice and mix well on high flame. 
  • Garnish with corriander leaves.
  • Serve hot. 

Tip:

  • Fried paneer can be added.
